Sometimes life gets out of control, its hard have control over your on your mind. You are juggling with million things and still trying to keep your head above water to keep everything together. When going through such chaos, it’s easy to lose sense of your true self. You just become so busy in trying to hold everything together. You start to just simply floating, outside of yourself above the world you were once part of.

Journal Prompts is the tool to continually maintain a dialogue with ourselves. It helps to build a healthy relationship, or rather a friendship, with yourself.

  28. Make a list of 30 things that make you smile.

  29. Make a list of people you are thankful for.

  30. Make a list of experiences you are thankful for.



Once you finish writing it down, go back and reread what you wrote.  Self Discovery is a lifelong journey of exploring our inner self and discovering who we are, these prompts can at least motivate you to stand up and take the first step.
